Pole Dancing Class
Ok, no photo this time, but I do have a few things to say about Pole Fitness.
1. My legs are bruised. My bruises from last week will soon be melding with my new set, to form a nice collection that will run up one thigh and down the other calf.
2. I switched to a “beginner” pole after using a standard pole for the first two classes. Thinner poles are much easier on the hands!
