Couch to 10K
I did a weird thing today. Something I’ve never done by choice before in my life. I woke up and went for a run. Now, running is a bit of an overstatement, because I’m using a couch to 10K app that had me run for 8 minutes, interspersed with 22 minutes of walking. So it hardly counts as running, really.  But still, I don’t run. I ran that one 5K once, and that’s about it....
